"Accidental" shooting inside a gun shop, "accidental" shooting outside a gun shop

A Georgia man was showing his guns to the owner of A to Z Guns when he tried to put one gun back into its holster and the gun went off. The bullet hit him in the leg. The injury was not life-threatening, unless you count his ego.
Meanwhile, a man in his 80s unintentionally shot himself in the leg outside of a gun shop in Florida. The man had stopped in the gun shop to buy batteries and was in the parking lot loading ammunition into his handgun when the gun went off. He was bleeding profusely and had to be airlifted to a trauma hospital.
The owner of the gun store stressed that the gunshot victim was not one of his customers. He said all of his clients are well trained. Given the fact that Florida does not require any sort of safety training before someone purchases a gun there was no indication of how the gun shop owner knew this about his customers.
Ohh shoot.
